		<description>All sound questions, but that&#039;s mostly to the lack of knowledge about standard uptime measurement. It&#039;s not a subset of users that&#039;s affected but the vast majority (if not all). Standard uptime tests are measured using several geographic locations (say 3 in N. America, 2 in EU, 1 Asia, 1 Australia and 1 S. America) and almost always (if you count out the underwater cable damage and such errors) it accounts for multiple downtime scenarios - so, yeah - all of the users are affected those X% of the time.

On the last , yes it is - and yes, we&#039;re working on it :)
